Christopher Hanson joined KU Center for Technology Commercialization in 2014. In his role as Intellectual Property Coordinator, Chris manages patent and trademark prosecution correspondence, and coordinates the preparation, prosecution, and maintenance of patent applications and patents within KU’s intellectual property portfolio. Chris earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining KUCTC in his current capacity, Chris completed internships at KUCTC and the US Patent & Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA.
